CAIREER on the stage of the World Congress
CAIREER participated in the United Nations’ „AI for Good“ global summit in Geneva, Switzerland:

In addition to content production, CAIREER also took the stage twice—addressing an audience from around the globe:
School is where we determine how we will handle uncertainty, responsibility, and failure in the future. When young people learn that mistakes are not weaknesses but opportunities for learning, we lay the foundation for innovation, resilience, and responsible action—especially in the field of AI.
Public attention, particularly in the AI sector, often focuses on successful innovations presented with the polish of a glossy magazine. Moments of failure and repeated setbacks encountered on the path to professional success are rarely shared publicly—and even more rarely shared voluntarily.
To help change this, we developed our „f-AI-l n’ grow“ program:
Supported by the Barthel Foundation and the non-profit association FUN Hamburg e.V., CAIREER brought professionals from the AI ecosystem onto the stage to share insights into their career paths—including the failures they experienced along the way. During an interactive Q&A session, participants were invited to ask questions, reflect on their own experiences, and gain a more realistic and encouraging perspective on shaping the future of AI. The event aimed to empower the audience to view mistakes as part of the learning process and to foster a healthier culture of growth, courage, and experimentation within the AI ecosystem.
